Good products and good events still fall flat.

Three patterns we see constantly with Singapore SMEs.

🧑‍💼

No Dedicated Marketing Bench

Most SMEs don't have a full launch or events team on payroll — and hiring one for a single project doesn't make financial sense. Work either doesn't happen, or gets rushed.

📦

Launches That Stall at "We Have a Product"

Pricing, channel, and sales enablement get treated as afterthoughts. Sales teams end up pitching a great product with no positioning, no battlecard, and no plan.

🎪

Events That Cost Money But Don't Convert

A booth gets booked because "we always do the show" — without a clear objective, a lead-capture plan, or anyone accountable on-site for whether it actually worked.

Two ways we engage — built around what actually triggers this work

Sales & Marketing support isn't a maturity ladder — it's project- and event-triggered. We built our engagement around the two moments SMEs actually call us for: launching something new, and showing up somewhere that matters. Every core task below can also be engaged individually if you only need one piece.

Track A
New Product Introduction (NPI)

Converts a client's launch idea into a priced, positioned, enabled, and scheduled go-to-market plan in one engagement — from market analysis through to a cross-functional launch timeline.

8
Core Tasks
2
Optional Add-Ons
1
Market & Competitive Analysis

Size the addressable segment and benchmark 3–5 direct/indirect competitors so the launch is priced and positioned against reality, not guesswork.

2
Pricing Strategy & Margin Modeling

A defensible price point and structure — list price, discount bands, margin floor — grounded in real cost and margin data, not a round-number guess.

3
Channel Strategy

The right go-to-market mix — direct vs. distributor vs. hybrid — and a practical entry approach for the key accounts that matter most.

4
Sales Enablement — Brochure / Sell Sheet

A client-ready, sales-usable one-to-two-page sell sheet a rep can hand to a prospect, translating the product into a clear value story.

5
Sales Enablement — Competitor Battlecard

A single reference sheet the sales team can glance at mid-conversation to handle "how are you different from X" objections confidently.

6
Sales Enablement — Field Sales Training

Live coaching so the client's sales team is confident and consistent pitching the new product — not just handed collateral and left to figure it out.

7
Sales Enablement — Demo Kit Script & Structure

A repeatable demo script and structure so every rep gives a consistent, compelling product demonstration regardless of who's presenting.

8
NPI Launch Plan & Timeline

One cross-functional rollout plan sequencing pricing, channel, enablement, and marketing into a single timeline with owners and milestones.

+ 2 optional add-ons available: Social Media Strategy and Launch Campaign Management — strategy and oversight only; production and ad spend are pass-through. View Add-Ons →
Track B
Event Strategy & Execution

Turns a vague "we should do a booth this year" instinct into a defined objective, a deliberately chosen format, a coordinated plan, and an accountable on-site presence at your exhibition or seminar.

5
Core Tasks
8
Optional Add-Ons
1
Objective & Briefing Workshop

Nail down, in writing, what this event is actually for — leads, visibility, thought leadership, or distributor relationship-building — since the answer changes every downstream decision.

2
Event Format Proposal

2–3 concrete format options — a standard booth versus an experiential activation, for example — with rationale and an indicative budget comparison.

3
Event Project Plan & Timeline

One cross-functional plan sequencing venue, vendors, content, invitations, staffing, and on-site logistics against the event date, with a RACI.

4
Vendor/Venue Shortlist & Coordination Brief

A shortlist of suitable vendors and venues plus a clear brief so the client can go out for quotes with a consistent spec.

5
On-Site Coordination & Post-Event Debrief

On-the-ground coordination during the event so things run to plan, then a debrief that captures what worked and feeds the next event.

+ 8 quantified add-ons available: invitation & prospect outreach, pre/post/additional social coverage, on-site live coverage, booth/build coordination, and lead-capture CRM & survey setup. View Add-Ons →

Optional Add-Ons

Every add-on is scoped by deliverable — how many invitations, how many posts, how many days on-site — not just hours. Add what your launch or event genuinely needs; nothing is bundled in by default.

NPI Add-On
📱

Social Media Strategy

Launch content pillars and a one-quarter posting calendar so your team knows exactly what to post and when. Strategy only — production and posting are separate.

NPI Add-On
📣

Launch Campaign Management

Hands-on oversight of the multi-channel launch campaign execution window so the launch happens on schedule, not just on paper.

Event Add-On
✉️

Invitation & Prospect Outreach

Drive qualified attendance by inviting targeted contacts from your own CRM base, with tracking so you know who's actually coming. Extendable beyond the base list.

Event Add-On
📸

Pre-Event Social Coverage

Teaser and reminder posts so your audience knows the event is happening and where to find you.

Event Add-On
🎬

Post-Event Social Coverage

Recap and highlight posts captured while the event's momentum is still fresh and shareable.

Event Add-On

Additional Social Coverage

Extend coverage beyond the included posts when your platform mix or campaign ambition calls for more.

Event Add-On
🎥

On-Site Live Coverage

Real-time photos, stories, and posts from the event floor while it's happening — billed per actual day present.

Event Add-On

Booth/Build Coordination

We liaise with your booth or build contractor so fabrication happens on spec and on schedule — coordination, not fabrication itself.

Event Add-On
📋

Lead-Capture CRM & Survey Setup

A working lead-capture mechanism at the event, with a gift-redemption flow, so leads are captured cleanly and attendees get an incentive to engage.

Either Track
🧩

À La Carte Tasks

Don't need the full track? Any single core task — a battlecard, a pricing model, a vendor shortlist — can be engaged on its own.

How We Work Together

No published price list — because no two launches or events are the same. Here's how we get to a proposal.

1

Free Consultation

30-minute call to understand your product, market, or event — and which track fits.

2

Scoping & Custom Quote

We map the exact tasks and add-ons you need and send a clear, itemised proposal — no guesswork pricing.

3

Kickoff & Discovery

We go deep into your product, competitors, or event objectives to build the foundation for the work.

4

Delivery & Handover

Sequenced delivery task by task, with a close-out call and a clear handover your team can run with.

Common Questions

Still figuring out whether this is the right fit? These are the questions we hear most often.

Ask Us Directly →
How much does this cost?+
We don't publish a blanket price list, because a product launch in one industry and a two-day exhibition booth in another have completely different scopes. Every quote is built around your specific product, market, and event — tell us what you're planning via the contact form and we'll come back with a clear, itemised proposal.
Do we have to buy the whole track, or can we pick individual tasks?+
Either. Both tracks are priced as bundles for clients who want the full sequence, but every core task and add-on is also available individually — a single battlecard, a standalone pricing model, or just the on-site event coordination.
Do you run our paid ads or produce our videos and photography?+
Our scope is advisory and content strategy — we plan, script, and coordinate. Video and photography production, paid media spend, printing, and booth fabrication remain pass-through costs coordinated directly with your vendors, so you always see exactly what you're paying for and to whom.
We have both a launch and an exhibition coming up — can you handle both?+
Yes — this is common. Many clients run New Product Introduction and Event Strategy & Execution together, especially when the launch culminates in a trade show appearance. We sequence the work so your positioning and pricing are locked before the event, and your sales team walks onto the booth floor already enabled.
Is this a retainer or a project engagement?+
Project-based, with a fixed scope agreed upfront — no ongoing retainer required. If you run recurring launches or multiple events a year, we're happy to discuss a lighter-touch ongoing arrangement, but it's never the default.
How fast can we start?+
After a free 30-minute discovery call, we send an itemised proposal within a few working days. Most engagements kick off within two weeks — sooner if your event date is fixed and approaching.

Tell us what you're planning — we'll scope it.

No blanket pricing here: every proposal is built around your product, your market, and your event. Reach out with a short description of your scope and we'll come back with a clear, itemised quote — no obligation.
